BQ 20

The BQ 20 is a rack mounted system that combines a 20 slot LTO 4 cartridge robotic tape library with a high performance server containing 2 TB of built in hard disk storage that is configurable as JBOD or RAID levels 0, 1 or 5. The BQ 20 is configured with a single LTO 4 tape drive. The BQ 20 can be easily expanded to 44 slots, more than doubling capacity to 3,168 hours, and a second tape drive can be added for concurrent reading and writing.

BQ 132

The BQ 132 systems combine a 132 slot LTO 4 cartridge robotic tape library with a high performance server containing 2 TB of built in hard disk storage that is configurable as JBOD or RAID levels 0, 1 or 5. The BQ 132 is shipped with three LTO 4 Fibre Channel tape drives. It can be easily expanded to 264 slots, and up to five more LTO 4 drives can be added in the field.

BQ XLS

The BQ XLS models are large systems that hold 295 data cartridges. Each system has 2 TB of built in hard disk storage that is configurable as JBOD or RAID levels 0, 1 or 5. The library can be expanded to 1,365 slots by adding one or two side pods containing 120 additional slots or one or two MEMs, Memory Expansion Modules, to the library. The system comes with four LTO 4 Fibre Channel tape drives for fast access. The BQ XLS library uses the latest technology featuring low power consumption, color touch screen control panel and remote diagnostic and management interface.
